Returns
It's possible that an item isn't totally what you expected or the wrong size. Therefor you have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days after delivery.
This is possible to our return address.
The return has to satisfy the following points;
• A competely filled in return form (this is included in your order)
• The item is complete, not used or damaged. Fitting is allowed ;)
• Original hangtags and labels are still attached to the item
• The items need to be in the original packaging
• The item is not washed or worn
delivered to you or there is a defect we will take care of the return costs.
We do encourage you to think about the environmental impact of shipping. To minimize the return process, we would love to help you. If you have doubts about the size or fit please feel free to contact us. You can do this via Instagram or send us an E-mail to office@clublavenir.com.
